My stay at the hotel was a mix of comfort and inconvenience. The room, though cozy and clean, was extremely small and dysfunctional, making it hard to move around. The location was convenient but marred by cigarette smoke from the employee smoking area. The service was generally helpful and friendly, with a few lapses in attentiveness.
